Imran Al Mahmud, Ukhia (Cox’s Bazar):
The delegation lead by Etsuku Ida, Program Development Department Co-ordinator of Japan Platform, visited two educational institutions in Ukhia Upazila of Cox’s Bazar.
On Monday (October 24) at noon, the delegation visited various renovation works of donors organization Plan International at Saleh Bulbul Lower Secondary School of Haldia Palang Union. Later the delegation visited the teaching program of Shahid ATM Zafar Alam School and College at Rumkha Class Para. The delegation listened to the students present about their future goals and problems. The delegation got to know about the overall activities of the school by exchanging views with the teachers.
During the visit, Plan International Project Manager Rumana Akhtar, Shahid ATM Zafar Alam School and College Managing Committee President, former Chairman Principal Md. Shah Alam, school principal Mustafa Zaman Chowdhury along with teachers, students and others were present.
Earlier, the delegation visited various educational programs conducted by Plan International at Rohingya Camp-6 and exchanged views with the Rohingya Youth Group.
